In the last 5 years Tony has played a pivotal role in my life. Tony has not only helped me lose weight on this journey, but has also coached me through some of the most difficult times in my life. Tony has always been there as a trainer but most importantly he has always been there as a friend/life coach as well. Tony has always provided a safe space for mistakes while giving adequate advice and leaving room for growth. The friendship we have built over the years will be one that I cherish for the remainder of my life.
