Our time gives you a secure, private area for you to find answers to obstacles you need to move you closer to a more fulfilling life.

LET'S FACE IT THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT ARE WAY BEYOND OUR CONTROL BUT YOU CAN LEARN TO CONTROL HOW YOU RESPOND TO ALL.

Along the way, we will discover any beliefs and biases that may affect your progress and address them.

 

There is no overnight success but real progress that requires removing old habits and discovering and applying new ways to live that frees you to improve your life.

The Process

1. Your discovery session or free consultation is a process of gathering information.

You begin by having a simple conversation about what you're dealing with and me asking very specific questions. This way of discovering yourself in your present state and where you want to be. It’s also a time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask questions.

2. We discuss and define your goals or roadblocks that hinder you.

This is where we get into the details of you and eliminate any self-defeating limiting beliefs that you may hold. You will learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions clearing the way for you to progress in your personal and professional life.

3. We develop a series of action plans for you to accomplish.

What needs to be done. When it needs to be done by whom it needs to be done by. It may consist of short-term goals or homework that moves you closer to your goals. We will also set deadlines and identify your resources.

4. Follow Up - Meet to determine if the action plan was successful.

As your coach, I will hold you accountable as we chart your progress on the steps we agreed to and we will make adjustments along the way and begin to attack your long-term goals.

INVESTING IN YOURSELF

Investing in yourself is hard work.  No  “easy answers”, no overnight successes. Change that endures takes time and effort.

Together we identify and prioritize all of your challenges and attack each one, one at a time so that you are not overwhelmed.


As we work we will develop plans to overcome your obstacles and change your response to adversity that comes with life.

 As we continue to work together you will learn new ways to think and learn new methods to help empower you and transform your life.

These SESSIONS ARE designed to support you step by step.


We work through each of the obstacles we’ve identified by prioritizing each, creating action plans putting them into practice then assessing the results and making adjustments when necessary. Many of us have more than one area in life that weighs us down, these sessions are meant for that.

BARE KNUCKLE

There are times when action is needed and decisions need to be made without overthinking and uncertainty. During these brainstorming discussions, we focus on weighing the most pressing problem and working on finding the best solution. Decisive, straightforward, no frills, intense sessions for those needing answers sooner than later.
